Building a brand system
that could scale

Brief
When brands are growing quickly, consistency becomes surprisingly difficult.
Different teams create different assets. New campaigns launch every week. Markets evolve. Products change. New people join.
Over time, even strong brands can start feeling fragmented.
Working on OYO's brand ecosystem meant helping create a shared design language that teams could use across products, campaigns and customer touchpoints. The work included global brand guidelines, illustration systems, communication frameworks, visual standards and scalable design assets that could be used across teams and regions.
The goal wasn't simply to create a rulebook.
It was to create a system that gave teams enough structure to stay consistent and enough flexibility to keep creating.
